Enjoy the Naan Wraps
Ingredients Pack of Naan Red Pepper - 1 Green pepper - 1 Onion – 1 Carrot -- 150 gms Panner – 200 gms Jalapenos ( optional) Tava Fry Masala Lemon juice Olive Oil – 2 table spoon Salt to taste Preparation 1. Cut the Green Pepper/ Red Pepper/Onion/carrot/Paneer in thin 1 inch slices 2. In a pan, put the olive oil , let it become hot 3. Add Chopped Onion when it becomes little brown, add Green pepper, Red pepper /Carrot/Panner 4. Saute the entire vegetable for 3-4 minutes. Add Tava fry masala + salt 5. Mix the masala well with veggies. 6. Add salt 7. Warm the Naan on the Tava. 8. Keep the naan on plate , put the Mix Veggies on almost the center of the naan. 9. Add lemon juice to the veggies 10. Roll the Naan in such a way that it wraps all the veggies. 11. Your wrap is ready enjoy it with Green Coriander Chutney. |
